Dear guest, 

we are very pleased to offer you different hotel services. In the levels 1 to 4 we offer you 4* hotel service (the level 0 is not certified), on the comfort station level 5, which is certified with 5* of the hotel classification, you can take advantage of further services, which are marked by * in this listing.
 

ADAPTERS/ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

All electrical outlets are 230 V/50 Hz. Electricity and telephone adapters are available at the reception level 5.

ATM

On our clinic premises, in the medical center next to the orthopedic technology, you will find the nearest Sparkasse ATM.

BABY EQUIPMENT ON REQUEST 

Baby cribs, highchairs, bottle warmers... are available to you free of charge. Please contact your responsible nurse.
 

BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS 

We will be happy to bring a bathrobe and slippers (caution: increased risk of falling) to your room. Please contact your responsible nurse.

BATHROOM

Our bathroom meets upscale hotel standards, with high-quality, non-slip tiles and interior. Each bathroom is equipped with the necessary emergency call system. A shower seat can be installed upon request.

BABYSITTER

We will be happy to organize a babysitter for you upon request. Please contact our reception team.

BUS

There is a bus stop adjacent to our hospital grounds. Various bus lines, including 401, 402, and 460, depart from there. Bus lines 401 & 402 (Eisenberg city line), 410 (Jena), 450 (Crossen) and 460 (Hermsdorf) will take you to the nearby train stations – our reception will be happy to arrange your desired route. 

BUSINESS CENTER 

A computer is available for you on the 4th floor around the clock. Please contact the concierge at the comfort station.

CAR RENTAL 

You can find several car rental companies in Jena and Gera. Our reception team will be happy to assist you in ordering a rental car.
* Of course, our shuttle service is available to them for a fee.

CAR REPAIR SHOP 

Please contact the reception.

 

CHURCH

Our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information. In addition to the Room of Silence for all denominations, a Jewish synagogue will also be available on the second floor. If you need to talk to someone, we will be happy to put you in touch with a chaplain.

CIGARETTES

Cigarettes are available in our home store on the ground floor.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Our house has conference rooms and lecture halls for up to 90 people, with daylight and extensive technical equipment. If you are interested, please contact our reception. 

COVERS

Additional quilts are available upon request. Please contact your responsible nurse.

CURTAINS

In all patient rooms you have the possibility to create more privacy and a place of retreat for yourself by means of a curtain in the middle of the room.

DIAL

You can be called from outside once you have unlocked your phone with a calling card. If you have any queries, please contact your responsible nursing specialist.

DIET KITCHEN

Our trained dieticians and diet assistants will be happy to advise you. Please let your responsible nurse know.
 

DISCHARGE

Your attending physician will determine your discharge date. On the day of your departure, you will receive your discharge papers and a medical report for your attending physician in the morning (around 10 a.m.). Already during your stay in our hospital, our colleagues of the discharge management will be at your side. Together we will take care of the transition between hospital and subsequent care. We will help you with all matters relating to social law, put you in touch with advice centers and self-help groups if necessary, and support you in applying for care services and aids.

Important: Please do not forget to take your personal belongings and your documents with you when you are discharged.

DOCTOR

If you are not feeling well or need something, we are here for you. Please contact your assigned nurse or press the call button on your bed. During the day, please make a note of any unanswered medical questions you have and ask them of your doctor during rounds.

EMERGENCY CALL

You can reach our resuscitation team by dialing 1100. Please pay attention to the notices on your room door and in the hallways.

EXCURSIONS

You can get tips at any time at the reception, first suggestions can be found under "Excursions".

FIRE

The automatic fire alarm system in our house will alert you via speaker. You will find information about escape routes in the anteroom of your room and in the hallways.

Located on each floor in the hallways and stairwell.
 

FIRST AID

Please press the call button on your bed.

FLOWERS

We offer flowers in our home store in the lobby, we are also happy to order flower arrangements according to your wishes.

FOUND ITEMS

If you find any objects, please hand them in at our reception. If you are looking for lost items, please also contact the reception.

GAS STATION 

The nearest gas stations are located at Jenaer Straße 52 (Aral gas station) and Jenaer Straße 13 (Shell gas station).
 

HAIRDRESSER

As a patient in our facility, you also have access to a hairdresser. The hair salon is located in the medical center. If you are unable to visit the hair salon for health reasons, the hairdresser will be happy to visit you on your ward. Phone: 036691 8 – 1621. The reception will be happy to assist you in scheduling an appointment.

HEIMATLADEN

Our local store is integrated into the lobby bar and is open Mon-Fri from 7.30 am to 9.00 pm and Sat, Sun and holidays from 9:30 am to 9.00 pm. There you will find, among other things, products of daily use, flowers, sweet and salty snacks, small gifts and magazines, regional products as well as things of daily use.

HOUSE RULES

With mutual consideration and understanding we create a relaxed atmosphere in the Waldkliniken Eisenberg. The rules of our house regulations facilitate this harmonious coexistence and apply to everyone who comes and goes here. With the exception of our smoking island, located at the side of the main entrance, smoking is prohibited on the entire premises.

HYGIENE ARTICLES

Hygiene items such as toothbrushes or razors can be purchased in our home store.

INTERNET / WIFI

Simply search for wireless networks (My Hotspot) with your smartphone, notebook or tablet and connect your device to the hotspot. When you open your browser, you will then be taken directly to our login page. The WIFI is free of charge for guests and visitors.
 

 

IRONING BOARD/IRON

We will be happy to bring this to your room. Please contact the reception level 5 on the internal phone number -1848

IRONING SERVICE 

*We will gladly iron your laundry for a fee in the period from 06:00 to 13:30. The return takes place within one hour. Please contact your responsible nursing specialist.

*LAPTOP/TABLET 

We are happy to provide Internet-capable devices for a fee. Please contact the reception level5 for this purpose.

LAUNDRY CHANGE  

Please contact your responsible nursing staff member if you would like to have your bed linen or towels changed daily.
 

LAUNDRY/CLEANING 

Laundry that you hand in at the reception before 09.00 a.m. will be returned to you by the evening. We will gladly provide you with a laundry list and a laundry bag for this purpose upon request. Only possible from Monday to Friday. 
*Linen cleaning is free of charge for guests of the Comfort Station Level 5.

An extensive beverage selection is available in our local store. You can stock your room refrigerator individually on our Level 5 comfort station.

NEWSPAPERS

The regional daily newspaper is available free of charge in the lobby bar. You can buy other newspapers and magazines in our home store. After you have purchased a ticket for the TV, a selection of online newspapers and magazines is also available. 
* A wide selection of newspapers and magazines is available to you free of charge in the Level 5 comfort station.
 

PARKING GARAGE 

Our parking garage is open 24 hours a day. It offers 482 parking spaces on eight partial levels, including 14 spaces for disabled vehicles and six spaces for electric cars. The first 30 minutes in the parking garage are free of charge. After that, each additional hour costs 1.50 euros, with a maximum daily rate of 8 euros. Each additional day costs 5 euros, with a maximum monthly rate of 70 euros. If you are unable to organize your journey home yourself, please contact your unit caregiver. We would be happy to call a taxi for you or arrange for a lying transport if needed.

PARK AREA 

Taking a walk in the fresh air can help you recover faster. You can use our newly designed park area and patient garden for this purpose. However, please discuss outings with your doctor in advance and inform the nursing staff.

 

PATIENT WRISTBAND

This contains all the information about your identity and is for your safety, for example, when administering medication or being transferred to another ward. Please wear the wristband during your entire stay. It is waterproof and does not need to be removed even during personal hygiene.

PAYMENT 

In all restaurants and in the home store we accept all major debit and credit cards as well as cash.

PHOTO COPIES

We will be happy to provide you with these at our reception desk for a fee.

PIAZZA

Our patient restaurant is located directly by the inner courtyard and offers a special flair with its wooden ceiling and lighting.  For the time being, only patients within the scope of their mobilization therapy are invited for lunch and dinner.

PILLOWS 

We offer different and additional pillows. Please ask your responsible nursing specialist.

POST

You are welcome to have your mail and newspapers forwarded to our house during your stay. If you would like to send mail yourself, you will find a mailbox in our entrance area for this purpose. You cannot post your letters yourself? Our nursing staff will be happy to forward them for you. You can obtain stamps in our home store on the ground floor.

RADIO PROGRAMS

You can receive radio programs via the TV set. Please refer to our program assignment 
overview. 
 

 

RESTAURANTS

Our restaurant "MATTEO" on the 4th floor is open for you from 11.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. We serve selected, freshly prepared dishes from regional products. A table reservation is required.

In the BISTRO on the ground floor you can expect daily changing lunch offers Mon-Fri from 11.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. Due to the current Corona situation, we can currently only offer a takeaway menu. We provide you with coffee, small refreshments and cold drinks at the bar.

Our LOBBY-BAR is a cozy meeting place with a fireplace and current daily newspapers. In addition to Illy coffee and Ronnefeldt tea specialties, we offer a varied menu here. We are open Mon-Fri from 7.30 a.m. - 9.00 p.m. and Sat-Sun and holidays from 09.30 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.
 

 

 

RECEPTION/LOBBY

Here you can register and get information. You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in our beautiful lobby - with the opportunity of getting a drink or snack from the lobby bar.

REHABILITATION PLANNING

To help you regain your health, we offer comprehensive outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services. If you need help with your application, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, only the cost bearers decide on the approval of such measures.

ROOM OF SILENCE

You can recharge your batteries in our Room of Silence. You can reach it via the administration level of the functional building or from the ward block via the 3rd level. The library is also available in the Room of Silence.

ROOMSERVICE

For an extra charge, we will bring small meals and drinks to your room. Room service is available on levels 1, 2, 3 from 06:00-22:00 and in the comfort station 24 hours a day.

SAFE

There is a safe at our reception desk, where you are welcome to deposit your valuables.
* The rooms in the comfort station have their own safe in the closet.

SEWING SUPPLIES

Upon request, you will receive a kit from your assigned nurse.
*A sewing kit is already in your room. Sewing services are available upon request. Please contact the concierges comfort station level 5.
 

SHOE CLEANING SERVICE

For the outside line please dial "0". Telephone calls in the German fixed and mobile network are free of charge.

TELEVISION

The public channels (ARD, ZDF, 3rd programs) are available free of charge.
You are very welcome to extend the selection for 12 € per stay. Tickets are available at the boarding station and at the lobby bar. All other private channels (RTL, SAT 1, etc.), Pay TV (SKY Sport, Bundesliga, Tennis), On Demand movies, newspapers and magazines are available. 
*Guests of the comfort station receive this additional service free of charge.

TRAIN CONNECTIONS

Our reception team will be happy to provide you with information and advice.

UMBRELLA

If you need an umbrella, you can borrow it at the reception for a fee of 25,00€.

This service is available for the guests of the comfort station.

VALUABLES

In exceptional cases, you can deposit valuables and larger sums of money in the administration safe and receive a receipt for this. Please contact our reception desk for this purpose.

WINTER GARDEN

In the winter garden, you have the opportunity to sit down in peace with your roommates or visitors. You can even prepare tea for yourself there. Meals are also served there if you are already mobile, for example, after a surgical procedure. Please note that you share the winter garden with your neighbors and show consideration for each other. Also, remember that the winter gardens are visible from the outside, so protect your privacy, for example, by closing the curtains.
