Emergency Department
In our Emergency Department, we are here to help you 24 hours a day. We are thus not only responsible for outpatient and inpatient care, but also provide treatment for the patients in our region in the event of accidents and emergencies.
The doctors of the Department of Internal Medicine and the Department of General and Visceral Surgery attend to internal medical and surgical emergencies all around the clock. Accident patients are provided with competent and reliable treatment by the medical specialists from the Department of Trauma Surgery.
Integrated into the emergency outpatients department is the clinic of the accident insurance consultant, who regulates the further treatment and follow-up care of accidents and injuries sustained at work, on the way to and from work, and at school. In addition, our Waldkliniken are certified to provide inpatient treatment for patients covered by the German employers’ liability associations.
