This service provides fonts that are displayed in the user's web browser after accessing the Adobe server (in the USA). At least the IP address of the browser of the end device of the user of this website is stored by Adobe. Adobe Typekit web fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts to embed fonts, a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To display our site, we therefore access Google servers, namely fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. In order to display the fonts on our site as quickly and efficiently as possible, the retrievals from Google are stored and fonts and preferences from your browser are cached. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. With regard to the transfer of personal data to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. More information about Google Fonts and the subject of data protection can be found here.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the internet.

The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". In this way, IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is immediately deleted.

The data collected by Google Analytics is deleted after 14 months.

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to improve it regularly. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) p.1 lit. f GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest is derived from the aforementioned purpose.

Use of Google Tag Manager

With Google Tag Manager, marketers can manage website tags with one interface. However, the Tag Manager itself, which uses the tags, works without cookies and does not collect any personal information. The Tag Manager simply initiates other tags that may collect data themselves. Explanations about these third parties are provided in this privacy statement. Google Tag Manager does not use this information. If you have set or otherwise enabled a cookie opt-out, it will be respected for all tracking tags used with Google Tag Manager, so the tool will not change your cookie settings.

Google may ask for your permission to share some product information (such as your account information) with other Google products to enable certain features, such as making it easier to add new conversion tracking tags for AdWords. Google's developers also review product usage information from time to time to further enhance the product. However, Google will never share such information with other Google products without your consent.

For more information, please refer to Google's Usage Policies and Google's Privacy Notice for this product.

Use of Google Ads (Remarketing / Conversion Tracking)

Our website uses the service Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program from Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

On the one hand we use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. The remarketing function allows us to present users of our website with ads based on their interests on other websites within the Google display network (on Google itself, so-called "Google ads" or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analyzed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to be able to display targeted advertising to the users on other pages after visiting our website. To do this, Google stores a number in the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google display network. This number is shown as a "cookie" and used to record the visits of these users. This number is used to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular computer, not to identify an individual, and no personal information is stored. You can deactivate Google’s use of cookies by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. You can find more information about Google Remarketing as well as Google's privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.

Furthermore, we use what is called conversion tracking when using the Google AdWords service. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer/end device. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and therefore do not serve personal identification purposes. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you can deactivate interest-based ads on Google and interest-based ads on the web (within the Google display network) in your browser by activating the "Off" button at https://www.google.de/settings/ads or by deactivating them at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. For more information about your options and data protection at Google, please visit https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/?fg=1.

Google Maps

On this website we use the Google Maps service. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you retrieved the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want this assigned to your profile at Google, you have to log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and utilizes it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is performed in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide need-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. You can also find further information there about your rights and settings to protect your privacy: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Social Media Links

We link on our website to our profile on Facebook. Within our site this link does not connect to the servers of Facebook. However, if you click on the link, you will be redirected to the corresponding provider. We cannot make any statement as to which of your data may then be processed. Please inquire directly with the provider; links to the relevant data protection information can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy

Facebook Pixel

To measure conversion rates, this website uses the visitor activity pixel of Facebook. The provider of this service is Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook’s statement the collected data will be transferred to the USA and other third-party countries too.

This tool allows the tracking of page visitors after they have been linked to the website of the provider after clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to analyze the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns.

For us as the operators of this website, the collected data is anonymous. We are not in a position to arrive at any conclusions as to the identity of users. However, Facebook archives the information and processes it, so that it is possible to make a connection to the respective user profile and Facebook is in a position to use the data for its own promotional purposes in compliance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages as well as in locations outside of Facebook. We as the operator of this website have no control over the use of such data.

The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in effective advertising campaigns, which also include social media. If a corresponding agreement has been requested (e.g., an agreement to the storage of cookies), the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the agreement can be revoked at any time.

Data transmission to the US is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EuropeanCommission. Details can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum und https://de-de.facebook.com/help/566994660333381.

Insofar as personal data is collected on our website with the help of the tool described here and forwarded to Facebook, we and Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland are jointly responsible for this data processing (Art. 26 DSGVO). The joint responsibility is limited exclusively to the collection of the data and its forwarding to Facebook. The processing by Facebook that takes place after the onward transfer is not part of the joint responsibility. The obligations incumbent on us jointly have been set out in a joint processing agreement. The wording of the agreement can be found under: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. According to this agreement, we are responsible for providing the privacy information when using the Facebook tool and for the privacy-secure implementation of the tool on our website. Facebook is responsible for the data security of Facebook products. You can assert data subject rights (e.g., requests for information) regarding data processed by Facebook directly with Facebook. If you assert the data subject rights with us, we are obliged to forward them to Facebook.

In Facebook’s Data Privacy Policies, you will find additional information about the protection of your privacy at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You also have the option to deactivate the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” in the ad settings section under https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you first have to log into Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate any user-based advertising by Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

YouTube with expanded data protection integration

Our website embeds videos of the website YouTube. The website operator is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use YouTube in the expanded data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. Nevertheless, this does not necessarily mean that the sharing of data with YouTube partners can be ruled out as a result of the expanded data protection mode. For instance, regardless of whether you are watching a video, YouTube will always establish a connection with the Google DoubleClick network. As soon as you start to play a YouTube video on this website, a connection to YouTube’s servers will be established. As a result, the YouTube server will be notified, which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account while you visit our site, you enable YouTube to directly allocate your browsing patterns to your personal profile. You have the option to prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Furthermore, after you have started to play a video, YouTube will be able to place various cookies on your device or comparable technologies for recognition (e.g. device fingerprinting). In this way YouTube will be able to obtain information about this website’s visitors. Among other things, this information will be used to generate video statistics with the aim of improving the user friendliness of the site and to prevent attempts to commit fraud. Under certain circumstances, additional data processing transactions may be triggered after you have started to play a YouTube video, which are beyond our control. The use of YouTube is based on our interest in presenting our online content in an appealing manner. Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, this is a legitimate interest. If appropriate consent has been obtained, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar the consent includes the storage of cookies or the access to information in the user’s end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. This consent can be revoked at any time. For more information on how YouTube handles user data, please consult the YouTube Data Privacy Policy under: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
